• Directly managed Sales, Marketing, IT, H/R, Desktop, and Customer Service; led Company to successive record volume and profitability years; achieved Best Small Workplace in Milwaukee twice, and Printing Industry of America (PIA) Best Workplace 6 years running.
• Mentored President's 3 sons and 1 daughter-in-law working in the business; key member of Strategic Planning Committee; led due diligence of 3 companies targeted for acquisition; developed middle management training program to improve bench strength of management team.
